BOLD was able to research local geographic and demographic information to specifically to ensure that the Y was able to connect to only the people that matched their needs, reducing cost and overages.



As a Citywide Mortgage Lender, Mike Hobson knows the importance of staying connected to his past and existing clients and contacted us to help. Using his existing client database, we  were able to reconnect Mike with hundreds of potential return clients with a professionally designed postcard that will ensure Mike is the first person people call when they are ready to make a real estate change.

The Law Offices of Rodrick H. Polston was hoping to use direct mail to reach potential clients. Working with Mr. Polston and his team, we put together an on-going direct mail campaign using various technology and resources. First we researched and purchased a Look Alike report. A Look Alike Report not only provides businesses with the critical data they need to know about their customer database it also provides our clients' with a list of potential new customers that share attributes with or “look alike” their most successful customer lists. In other words, the report searches thousands of databases for prospects based on the client data you submit, as well as useful details that pertain to your target audience.

Using the information from the Look Alike report, we scheduled a series of mail drops. Our first mail piece was delivered to the list of potential clients last month. We designed a unique postcard not only introducing Mr. Polston and his Tax Resolution Firm, but providing a useful magnet with a list of important tax dates and deadlines. With additional mail drops planned over the next months, we are excited to see The Law Offices of Rodrick H. Polston's client base grow exponentially.
