In 1944, John Goodno opened a watch repair shop in Norman devoted to serving loyal customers with the best possible personal service. 74 years and three generations later, Goodno’s now specializes in jewelry, diamonds, timepieces, and speciality gifts, but still upholds the same standards in customer service. This July, Goodno’s moved to a brand new location on 36th Street. BOLD helped with the relocation by creating flyers and raising public awareness. In the past year that BOLD has worked with Goodno’s, we have also built a new marketing plan for the jewelry store that included designing a fresh, new logo, revamping social media pages, creating print ads, and creating a whole new website. Sussy’s was previously a legend in the Oklahoma City area for many years. Beginning in 1947, Jack Sussman and partner, Jake Samara, started creating a variety of Italian eatery, bringing what is believed to be the first pizza restaurant to Oklahoma City. Although Sussy’s did experience a closing several years after Sussman’s death, the recipes and cooking styles have been passed down among generations. Sussy’s is now planning to re-open in late summer to early autumn, adding a few twists to the menu, but still leaving that old-school charm. BOLD has been working with partners from Sussy’s to promote their digital presence, and create products needed for business, such as cups, pizza boxes, signage, menus, and the logo. There is still much to be completed, and our team is working to ensure Sussy’s success is prominent!
Having the opportunity to help showcase ScissorTail Roofing & Construction’s quality work and outstanding customer service has been a great experience for BOLD. We have been working on branding and marketing through signage, business cards, social media management, yard signs, trailer wrap, etc. ScissorTail recently launched their new website and we are more than delighted with how it turned out and encourage everyone to go check it out!
BOLD is very excited to have begun working with Sussy’s Italian Restaurant, which is believed to be one of the first restaurants to sell pizza in Oklahoma! After 41 years and several different reiterations, the Nomad II closed its doors last September. The new owners are ready to re-open their doors with a whole new look. Our creative team has made a fresh, new logo design, and are currently working on all branding materials, including printed pieces, website design, social media and online ordering. With an already incredible reputation and even more amazing food, we are excited to work along side of Sussy’s and help them as they start a new journey.
I’m Gracie - a student, a waitress, and most recently, an intern. I am so eager to expand my knowledge and potential by working at BOLD. I’m now going into my senior year of college as a Public Relations major at The University of Oklahoma, and I couldn’t be more ready to begin applying the skills I have gained over the years. I love adventure, all things creative and having the opportunity to excel in my work. I am quiet and reserved but that does not stop me from showing what I can accomplish. I have lived in the Norman area for my entire life and I love being able to call this place home. It has helped me grow into a person I am proud of and someone who can represent a positive and strong character. Overall, I aspire to achieve great things and I know my time here at BOLD will help me get there.
